I believe the best workout music is music you like, because it's more fun to work out if you rock out at the same time. I have a folk-metal Pandora station that plays a mix of Alestorm, Ensiferum, Blind Guardian, Korpiklaani, Dropkick Murphys, The Young Dubliners, Wintersun...etc.0

I'm sure this has probably been done before, but I get a bit bored of my playlists, and constantly pressing onwards on shuffle is interrupting my athletic acheivements :P
