Calories eaten minus those burned through exercise equals your net.0

Calories eaten minus those burned through exercise equals your net.
To expand, if you eat 1200 calories, burn off 500 calories, it's the equivalent of eating 700 calories. The way MFP is set up, your calorie goal is your net goal, not gross.
You can think of it like a paycheck (gross income - taxes/deductions = net income)0 -
MFP does not assume you will exercise. Not everyone will be able to. So the calorie deficit is built in w/o exercise. When you exercise ... you actually increase the deficit. If the deficit is too large, you will burn muscle mass.
Some people do not eat these calories back, others eat all of them back (me). Lots of threads to help you decide.0 -
ok thanks . I know have the knowledge!!:)0
