I have researched this a bit on this forum and havent found a clear answer so Im just going to ask.
trying to figure out my TDEE.
I have a desk job so Im not active during the day. I work out 4-6 times a week for 45 mins each day. Half of those days are strength training (about 7 leg exercises, 10 arm exercises, 5 ab exercises that I rotate, doing 3 sets of each exercise) and the other half are cardio. My cardio is not intense- I do HIIT training maybe once a week or every other week but the rest is not intense (because Im trying to gain more muscle and I eat healthy already)
Would this be 'lightly active' or 'moderately active'?

honestly, you can do one of two things...say light and log everything, or say active and not long anything.0

Personally I'd say you're not even lightly active, when you fill the form in the site calculates your everyday life movement, not what exercise you will do.
I think I got that right ..if not someone will correct me :laugh:0
