Benchmarks Anyone?

In addition to weight loss and feeling awesome/powerful, I want to have things to look forward to as well. So I started writing about things that I wanted to do or reward myself with when I meet certain markers.

So far, I lost 10lbs(211lbs) and I rewarded myself with a workout armband.

The next ten(202lbs)= Wear my old business clothes; Get into my skinny jeans(and look fabulous in them); and be able to run a mile.
