Over eating at certain times of the month

Yesterday I had a mid morning coffee- large costa americano, no milk, precicely when my chocolate and stuff cravings start (this happens for about a week every month).
It worked! :-) In fact, i ended up having lunch at 2pm, usually i am gagging for lunch by 12- so i definatly think the coffee filled helped me feel full!
Probably not ideal for those avaoiding caffene though!0 -
I crave chocolate!! And really sweet foods!! And usually it's at late night around that time omg
But i ahve no answer sorry, i'm still trying to work it out myself0
