Every once in awhile I find something that really works for me. Ezekiel Bread is definitely working for me!

"Nutritional Facts
One slice of Ezekiel 4:9 bread contains 80 calories. Total fat is 0.5 g and there is no saturated fat or trans fat. Sodium content is 75 mg. There are 15 g of carbohydrates in each slice and 3 g of dietary fiber. There are no sugars. Protein totals 4.8 g per slice.

There are no preservatives or sweeteners such as high fructose corn syrup in Food For Life breads. All nine essential amino acids are contained in Ezekiel 4:9 and the other breads, and they all are derived from plant sources."

For breakfast I toast a piece and either top it with an egg fried in pam, or natural peanut butter. Pair that up with a piece of fruit and some tea and I am good to go for hours.

LOVE THIS BREAD!!

Do any of you have any other topping ideas?

It really IS amazingly good. Dave's Killer Bread is also awesome-makes the best toast you've ever had!

I really like it too, I use the sprouted whole wheat for all my sandwiches. I also get the raisin bread sometimes. Thats really good toasted with some cream cheese (I use laughing cow) and sliced strawberries on top.

Yes I love this bread too! I used to top it with almond butter and as many blueberries or raspberries as I could stuff on it. Now I eat the cinnamon ezekiel bread with almond milk and berries. Still eat the bread for lunch or dinner though. I like to make veggie sandwiches with it or eat it with scrambled eggs and veggie cheese. And it's a really good soup dipping bread too. Oh man, this is making me hungry.. :)
