On Discovery Health during the week starting Monday 1/4/10 there will be two fitness shows on starting at 7am cst. They look interesting so I thought I would let you guys know about it. I'm going to do the DVR thing.

    I think one of them is about Eric from the Biggest Loser and how he gained most of the weight back...... I think the National Body Challenge starts this month, if it hasn't started already.....

    Eric is on Wed. on discovery Health. I have it ready for my DVR to watch. Should be interesting.

    I couldn't find the National Body Challenge this year. If anyone sees it, please let me know.

    Also on DHC starting Monday are 2 fitness shows in the morning. It's either 6 or 7am CT.
