I've been drinking 2% milk but now wanna switch over to soy milk. What's the best brand?

Not sure there really is a "best" but I like Silk the best as far as flavor and availability go. And each flavor & style variety has a light version so you have a bunch of choices to help keep you in your goals and tastes. We buy regular Silk for our son and I buy the light vanilla for my own use. Both are delicious, IMO.

The best brand is the one you like the taste of. I prefer Silk when it comes to Soy milk. They offer original flavor, light plain, vanilla, chocolate. Probably other flavors too. Read the labels to know what you're getting.

I know that silk's soybeans are grown without the use of genetic engineering.

I've never tasted a really good soy milk. The one I could somewhat tolerate was the 8th Continent brand. The Silk brand tasted like paper soaked overnight in water....

I drink either the Silk Omega DH3 or the plain Light. Both are fine with me :)
