I see a lot of people that want to be size "___" when they reach their goal. I realized I have no idea what size I would want to be. It doesn't really matter because I am aiming for a fat % and perhaps a number on the scale...but I am curious what size I would end up as if I met those numbers.

I am 5'1"
Before my first child I was 95lbs and wore size 3 or 4 jeans depending on the brand. After 2 children I was 115lbs and wore a size 9 Jr.
I konw I was never "fit" I was just skinny. So I am excited to find out what a fit me will wear.
Nobody has to respond to this I am just thinking "out loud" if you will. haha

Wanting to be a size "__" is a great goal until you hit it and don't look like you want to. Having a goal of XX% body fat is a great thing- more people should. That way you are always focused on something of greater value than your basic outer dimensions. There are plenty of people that wear a size "__" that are flabby or scrawny, or just not healthy.

Last year I would have been thrilled to get into 36 jeans(from a 40)- but once I got there and realized I was still out of shape, my perspective began to change. Now I am focused on healthy living... and enjoying running and lifting. I am down to a 34 waist and it appears I'll be about a 32 when I lose the rest of my spare tire.

Wherever I end up (size wise) is fine, as long as I am healthy and fit.
