So this weekend we had to go and get measured for my sisters bridesmaid dresses (dreadful) – and after my measurements came back, I was a 1-2 on top, 3-4 waste, and dun dun dunnnn a 12-14 hips/butt area.

Anyone have any SUPER kick *kitten* (no pun intended) workout suggestions?? I have 8 months, but those measurements were more of a reality check than anything else.

Dang booty ... :grumble: :grumble: :grumble:

Lose fat all over. Avoid direct core work to keep it slightly thinner. Do heavy weight training to broaden your shoulders and back\lats. TADA - hourglass. OK well at least much better ;)

Do nothing. The measurements used to make a dress are not based on reality or healthy proportionally correct figures.
According to dressmaking charts, I'm a size 10 bust, size 20 for the length of my back (whaa?), waist 14, and a size 18 for my bum. According to dressmakers, if I ever tried to do a handstand, I would crush my skull, as my huge bottom would snap my long spine like a toothpick and crash into my spindly upper portion.
