anyone have easy leg/thigh exercises i can do at home to get my muscles back??
i used to be very active and play tons of sports and run, then college and a baby happened and i dont do any of that anymore and my thighs have exploded and gotten huge and not in a good way. sooo i need some easy exercises i can do at home while a baby crawls around..

Squats, deadlifts, lunges (forward, backward and side lunges). Hold progressively heavier dumbbells in your hands while doing them. Watch the inches melt away.0
