Diet Sabotage

I have been stalled for a few months and am trying to figure out why, and why I work so hard 80 percent of the time and then commit diet sabotage. I still want to lose 10 pounds, which would be 140 for a 5 foot 7 person. Is it because I am happy with my body and maybe don't really need to be 140? Is it because I feel I earned it because I run 20 miles a week and paddle (dragon boat) 2 nights a week? Is it loss of will power when I have a drink? Is it boredom? Is it a habit when I sit in front of the TV? Is it all the social activities? Is it all of the above?
Hmm, I usually binge when I come home from work and don't exercise and sit in front of the tv or I binge when I have had a few drinks. If I come home and exercise I'm good. Think I need to force myself to exercise every night and limit my social obligations. Thanks guys :)

It sounds like you are pretty active. Food is VERY important for weight loss, if you work out a lot then sabotage yourself by eating poorly then it off sets your weight loss. Your body may be content on where it is or maybe your body is use the excercising routine you are doing. Try mixing up your workouts to see if you can jump start your metabolism.

I think you still have th will power to lose weight but the last few pounds are always the hardest.

    You can do it!
