runners i need advice for tomorrow run.

I am running about 14 miles for the day. Can anyone recommend what I should have for lunch and dinner that will provide strong running without side cramps. I have my food diary open for you to view as well with what I have preselected. Thanks. -Lou

    Based on today's food diary you still have about 500 cal available - I'd probably add some pasta or other carb rich item to your dinner (tuna & hot sauce??)

    I also had a quick peek at your exercise diary and didn't see much in the way of running in the last week. Have you been training for this distance?

    some carbs like pasta or rice is good. Also if I am running long distances or running for more than 3hrs I also carry P&B sandwiches. I can only eat half of one at a time but is good for giving you everything you need.

    I generally eat a regular meal and have porridge or muesli in the morning and a banana before the run.
