Yesterday I won!

Been at it for 105 days and have lost 40 pounds. Tenative goal is 70 more to get to 180 but we will see how I feel once I get closer. Yesterday was my son's 12th birthday, we had stuffed pizza and birthday cake. I sat on the couch and thought wow I really blew it today when I logged on MFP. I wasn't planning on it but I got dressed and went on a 4 mile walk in 1 hour. I ended up over by only like 100 calories yesterday. YESSSSS!
