Making tomorrow better than today? Cheer me up!

Right now I'm feeling pretty down in the dumps, as I basically had a miniature binge. It wasn't too bad since I didn't go over my daily calorie amount, but right now my minds in that "oh you messed up today. All is lost, might as well forget about dieting tomorrow..." state which I KNOW is not good! Especially with me being literally pounds away from my goal weight! Do any of you guys know of anything I can do that might cheer me up?:) Or what cheers you up when you feel like I do?? Thanks!

    That's not a binge, if you didn't go over your amount. :smile: that's just making some not very good choices. I would go for a nice walk, drink lots of water to flush out the bad stuff, and tell yourself it could have been a lot worse. Then you start over again tomorrow.
