Workout guidance - Cardio first or Strength Training?

I've recently been trying to figure out which method will help me lose weight most effectively. Like most members (I'm guessing) that are on MFP, I'm sure exercising time is limited. I want to maximize the time I have to get the fastest results. I currently will do strength training before my cardio. What have other members found works best for them?
