Calorie Intake???

Hello everyone,
My goals on MFP are 1200 calories per day which has been working for me so far. I recently bought a lower body work out book (I literally have the smallest butt in the world!!) in hopes to work out my glutes so they are more defined, and as I was reading it suggested that I do the 1200 calories a day for 2 weeks then switch it to 1500 calories a day for a week so I dont plateau. Has anyone else tried this?

    I switched to 1530 once I plateaued, not before. That worked for me. I kind of figure if it's working, go with it. If it ain't broke...
