The BMI System

I understand it is just a tool to give folks an idea....but does anyone else just really hate the BMI?
I'm six foot 2, and my target BMI is between 144.1 - 194.7 lbs? Okay, 194.7 I get. I used to weigh around 185 pounds just out of High School when I rode my Mt Bike to work everyday...covering around 17 miles round trip and an active job and even then I was very skinny and when my hair grew out I looked like a bobble-head.
Anything less that 170 to 175 and I have around a 32 pack...counting my abdominals and all the ribs that would be sticking out.
144 lbs though? CRIPES. Are there any healthy 6'2 people out there that weight 145 pounds?

BMI doesnt account for body types so there are exceptions to the rules. That being said...I bet at 6'2, someone who is around 10-12% body fat is probably around 155-165 pounds.0
