Hi all, is there anything specific exercise wise that I can do to reduce my boob/breast size that has worked for you ??
In total over the last year and a half I have lost about 3 stone now (42 pounds) and although my back size has gone down quite a bit down my cup size has not changed much. I hate my boobs and cant afford surgery.
I am going to gym and exercising as well as using my fitness pal ??
Any ideas.......

A calorie deficit, created however you like. If you get down to 20-25% bf and they are still too big, surgery.0

You can't spot reduce.
General fat loss obtained through a calorie deficit will help get rid of body fat, but you can't pick and choose where it comes from.
You can do chest exersizes to help "lift" them, though that won't make them smaller.0 -
I keep asking myself that same question everyday.0

In her defense...being top heavy can be really hard on your back, and clothing may not fit right. But I am totally bummed that my bust loses inches faster than the rest of me.0 -

Be careful what you wish for! I lost ALL of my boobs when I lost weight ... then I had them put back in. But the silicone ones actually look better than my real ones pre weight loss!
I did a lot of cardio to lose body fat!0 -

Guys just don't get it ...... BACK PAIN
I really should count my blessings ... not an issue for me0 -
OMG I wish I could lose mine, I have been working out like mad and gone down from 47 inches to a blessed 44 inches, but I would love to get into the high 30s again. You have no idea how hard it is to buy shirts and jackets with a bust size in the 40s. It's so frustrating because I was looking at Halloween costumes. The bottom half would fit into an extra large, which is fine, that's been perfectly fine with losing weight and toning, but the top half..i need a blasted 2X size to fit these stupid things. And let me tell you, the costumes that do fit bodies like mine...not suitable for wearing to work or in mixed company. LOL0

Like everyone has said, you can't spot reduce. You can however help your body deal with the extra strain. I'd recommend core exercises and yoga for dealing with posture... Pushups and similar for perking them up and building muscle around them...and back exercises for strengthening your back.0

Now that is a first. That is one thing I do not want to shrink! LOL!! Everything else can though. But mine always shrink because that is all they are....fat!0

Boobs are basically made up of fat. Stay in a caloric defecit, keep exercising making sure to include at least 30 minutes cardio, and maybe try some chest exercises (bench press is good). It will take time - be patient!0

Losing weight has made my boobs shrink!! i have lost 20 pounds and almost all my boobies....0
