Okay, so I need some advice.
I have been running pretty consistently for a few months now, and for some reason, no matter what I do (new shoes, bandaids, etc.) I keep getting blisters in between my pinky toe and ring toe(?).
After awhile, they start hurting really badly, and I have to stop running. Lately every time I go, I come back with bloody socks.
It isn't my shoes, I made sure of that.
Help, please.
Thanks,
Delane

How do you know it's not your shoes? I would suspect the shoes are too narrow (or the toe box is too narrow at least).
Or perhaps your toes just sit together more tightly than most? Have you tried moleskin in the area?0
