Sludge Love

I've seen a few threads on here that mention a recipe called "sludge". My peanut butter and chocolate-loving tastebuds want to know more about it! I know that its a frozen chocolate pudding/peanut butter combination but i would love to have the recipe. Also, is this more of a treat or a meal replacment?
