    To those who asked: There is no magic bullet. I started out just cutting calories and not eating any fast food. That worked well so I cut a bit further and started snacking on popcorn to keep me eating all day. The pounds kept coming off so I started drinking more water and taking a multivitamin. Once it warmed up here in AZ I got into the pool and started doing laps. I could barely manage 10 at first but I just gave it everything I had everyday. You can't see them in the picture but I actually have arm muscles now... I have never seen my guns before :-) The majority of the weight 209-125 came off in about 8 months and that was the goal but I have lost another 5 in the last month while I am trying to adjust to maintaining. I eat all day long but always in small amounts and always with an eye on balancing carbs and proteins and keeping fats as low as possible. Kay's Naturals have a line of snacks and cereals with a really good carb to protein balance. I keep a box of the cereal on the table so when I want to grab my toddler's crackers I can crunch on protein cereal instead.
