hitting the wall

I started out gangbusters on MFP and went from 250 pounds to 215 pounds in a few months and it was relatively easy to do. Since July though I have been stuck between 211 and 215 and there hasn't seemed to be much rhyme or reason to what I weigh one day to the next. I'm 6'4" so at 215 I am looking pretty good according to my wife but I want to be better. I'm not sure I think it's realistic for me to get to 200 but that is the goal I have set.

I have dropped down to 2200 then 2000 calories and I am working out 5x/wk including at least 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of weight training per day. I don't understand why I am not seeing losses anymore and I am getting frustrated. According to MFP I have done a reasonably good job staying within the budgeted amounts of the various macros with a few exceptions.

I am switching it up next week and starting Stronglifts 5x5 just to see if that's where the wall has come in.

Could it be that as good as I have been I am still just not disciplined enough to eat lean enough to shave these last few pounds?
