Working out at home - What motivates you?

Hi All! Because of my work schedule, I can either work out (at home) at 4am or 8pm once my daughter goes to bed. I work 45 hours plus, so going to they gym would take away time I can spend with my 3 year old. I am not complaining by any means, we all make choices to do what's best for ourselves and our families. Anyways- just wondering what motivates you to push yourself harder when working out at home? And what keeps you going on days when you would much rather sleep the extra hour or watch tv before bed?

I do a lot of kettle bell workouts. I don't use DVDs, I use what I have learned from previously taking Boot Camp classes. I use to use the negative comments people had made about me to push myself harder or to keep going when I wanted to stop. While that worked, I really don't find that productive.

As far as working out when I really dont want to, I haven't really found motivation for it. I just do it, because I need to. So I just either work out at night or set my alarm for 4am. Any one have suggestions to stay motivated?

Thanks - Jill
