No more excuses. Looking for motivation!

Hey everyone! My name is Courtney. I am 18 years old. I go to school at Fort Hays State University in Kansas. I'm a freshman this year. I have gone through multiple spurts of trying to diet and exercise but I always become discouraged or "too busy" (so I tell myself) and give up. But NOT THIS TIME. I have put on 5-10 pounds since college started a month ago, which to me is not acceptable. I was at my lowest weight this time last year in high school which was 20 pounds less than I am now. I aim to get back to that weight and lose some more!

I am just looking for some greatly motivated people, awesome healthy recipes, and great workout ideas. If you can contribute any of that, I want you as my friend and on my team. As a team we can work through this together!

I have decided that to keep myself in line I will blog every day about my eating and work outs. That way, if I do have a bad day, I'll probably feel bad about it (lol) and want to do better the next day!
