I'm making Japanese onion soup and I was wondering if boiling my onions, mushrooms, carrots... ect will add calories to the soup because I'm removing all that and just adding some tofu to the broth it makes? If anyone knows please share your knowledge with me
Thanks

That sounds like a great idea. It only has 15 calories for a cup, So I think I'll just add the 15 calories into the recepie. :flowerforyou: Thanks0
