I'm making Japanese onion soup and I was wondering if boiling my onions, mushrooms, carrots... ect will add calories to the soup because I'm removing all that and just adding some tofu to the broth it makes? If anyone knows please share your knowledge with me  Thanks

Sound like you're basically making vegetable broth. Maybe you could look that up on here and see how many cals it has.. idk though.. it's just an idea.

That sounds like a great idea. It only has 15 calories for a cup, So I think I'll just add the 15 calories into the recepie. :flowerforyou: Thanks
