So I usually to weigh my foods but does anyone know if it matters if you weight food before or after its cooked? I just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly because I've been told both ways.

Which ever way works for the food you're using - just be sure to use the cooked vs raw listing in the food database.0

Everyone seems to do this differently but I weight my food as it's intended to be eaten, ie cooked. There can be a big different between raw meat and cooked meat once the moisture as evaporated so there's no way I'm ripping myself off. There's another thread on this topic also that has lots of reponses.0
