too much protein?

I regularly exceed my daily protein goal by at least 15g. Is this really bad? I don't really exercise intensely...

There are no bad effects from protein as far as I know. And if youre going by MFP calculations they probably have you set low anyway. My guess is, youre fine.

Everyone is going to have their own opinion because how much protein you should be eating is broscience. 15g would be 63 calories'ish so going 63 calories over your MFP goal on aminos isn't going to do anything to ya. Depending on if you are eating at your optimal protein amount or not, if your body needed it then it will use it to rebuild your body; if your body didn't need it, your body could use it for energy, for fat storage, or it could just digest it and make you poop it out. Without being able to see your diary though I don't know if anyone can really answer this question to the extent you'd like. As far as how much protein should you eat? 0.8g per kg body weight for sedentary, 1g per kg for light exercise, 1.2g per kg for moderate, 1.4g per kg for intense; that is the current broscience that I've read.
