Best way to tone up from the start

So I am starting my weight loss back up tomorrow. I need some tips on toning though. I have over 100 lbs to lose over all and I don't want or at least have minimal loose skin when I am done. So I ask what do you think is the best way to tone. My main areas are my stomach, arms, and thighs. Thanks in advanced :)
