No clue what I'm doing...

Well let's see, I've been a chubby girl my while life and it's getting out of hand... So I decided to do the military diet? Which is you eat specific things for three days then anything the other four... My goal is to do the specific things then keep calorie counting and excercisng the other four... Let's see how this goes... Anyone else ever tried the military diet?

    Sounds similar to the Birmingham Diet. Is it based off chemical reaction? Birminham is 3 on 4 off but specific foods. Anyway we look at them they aren't designed for long term but a nudge in the right direction
