    Doesn't seem like you're that slow as you keep saying....It's amazing you finished your 5K in 40 minutes--even with taking a few walking breaks...!!

    Haha! Thank you for that encouragement. Pretty much everyone else I know (in my neck of the woods) that runs can do it well under my time so I've been basing my results on them... I shouldn't do that I guess.:wink:
