Why Sugar?

Why is it everytime I start doing well, I want to eat sugar? I know what I need to do but for some reason I feel the urge to cheat on my diet with candy, cookies or chips? How do I get past that urge?

    willpower. give it two weeks or so.

    fruit really, really helps.

    Eat kellogs frosties! They taste very sugary, only have 93 cals :) They definitely satisfy my cravings.

    I know the feeling!!! When I do feel the urge to eat sugar, I do - but in a very small quantity. I do try to indulge a bit every day - that way, I do not start binging on sweets. Hang in there!!
