100 calorie big bowl of pasta and red sauce :-)
So these noodles are great they need a parboil they are pretty much almost cooked though.
Tofu Shirataki Noodles, you can find them in grocery stores thats where I got mine, I like the fettuccine ones.
You can also pick them up online, I found them on this site they even have macaroni ones.

I added a marinara sauce I found a normal one in the store 45 calories per 1/2 cup, the noodles themselves are 40 calories for an entire bag., so that gives you a 85 calorie filling dinner. With this being such a low calorie dish I added a bit of parmesan shake cheese and a morning star veggie chicken patty. This made my dish about 200 calories but hey you still can't beat a meal like that!
