4 Months Down in STL

Hello all!

I've been using the MFP iPhone app mostly for 4 months. I've lost 21 lbs so far and have about 30 more to go for my initial goal. I probably need to lose another 30 on top of that...baby steps :)

I once lost 65 lbs doing Weight Watchers and gained it ALL back over a 4-year period. What a dumb thing to do! Anyway, I'm finding this method to be much easier to stick with, probably because it's free!

I've been struggling mostly with incorporating exercise because, well, I like TV and comfy couches. None of my "real-life" friends care about healthier lifestyles, so I'm looking for a few virtual friends that wouldn't mind someone tagging along!
