I love egg salad, but i general take the eggs i use out of the big bunch and use only a teaspoon of light mayo. It is easier to count i think. you can make serving sizes that way.

It depends on how much you ate. Did you eat half of it? 1/4? Less? When I make a family sized recipe, I turn it into a meal in MFP where I put in all the ingredients for the entire batch. Then, I figure out how much of the batch I ate and I divide that. So 1 meal is the entire batch, but if I ate 1/4 of it, I put in .25 for my serving. That way I can put in .25, one day, .33 another, .20 another, etc. without having to recalculate anything.

For me, a typical serving of egg salad is two eggs' worth which would be .2 of the whole batch in your case, though sometimes I get in 2.5 egg's worth which would be .25.
