Vegetarians - Protein & Iron %'s.....

Ok so a call out to all my veggie friends...

I've heard you can set your "Macros" and that the calculations for protein, carbs etc are set generically unless modified ?

My big question is: Should I up my protein? What have you set yours at?

I find I'm consistently going over in Protein on a day to day basic (wouldn't call it a bad thing by any means)and I graphed my Iron today and was greatly impressed by how it looks too

I almost want to print out some charts for my mother, father, sister, aunt, uncle, neighbour etc that have negatively commented on my lifestyle choice for the last 16 or so years saying I don't eat enough of this or that or the rest

I might sound like every other newb on MFP but am I doing it right?
