FitBit ZIP vs ONE

Does everyone who uses Fitbit ULTRA or previous versions find the altimeter and alarm clock extremely useful. ULTra is being replaced by a similarly priced ONE & they've come out with the ZIP, which seems to do everything but the sleep tracker & alarm clock from what I've read. Trying to determine if the additional $40 is worth investing for the Fitbit ULTRA. It seems that majority of the people who offers their reviews who have invested in Fitbit truly enjoy their investment, hence my interest in getting one for myself. It's one of my rewards for meeting one of my weight loss goals. Chime in!

I use the sleep tracker but don't find it too useful other than it tells me what I already know- that I have lack of sleep issues. It hasn't helped me change that, though perhaps I really do function well at 6 hours sleep per night. Either way, I did preorder the One version today. I'll recycle the Ultra to my husband who does not have a FB.

The current Ultra has no alarm, so I can't speak to that yet.

I think having the full function model is worth it, however, which is why I am replacing mine with the One rather than the Zip. I'd rather track everything if I'm going to track. Hope this helps.

I don't think it has the altimeter but for me, that wouldn't be a big deal.

I'm pretty sure the Ultra has the altimeter as well. If I could do it again I would go with the Zip to save the money though. I don't really need sleep tracking.
