Power Plate My3 and Weight Loss

Hi to all the diet buddies.

I bought a Power Plate last summer but didn't really have much time for it, I tipped the scales at 12st this weekend (a 2st gain in one year) so have decided to move it downstairs and use it.

Does anyone know how many calories are burned using it?
