Spent a cold and snowy day with my 5yr old cutting pictures, quotes and and motivating words out of health magazines. We glued them to a posterboard and hung it over the treadclimber in my bedroom ( which is no longer being used as a laundry hanger it is now being used for exercise!!) It was fun talking to her about what words I was picking and why! It was great motivation for me.:smile:

    that sounds like an amazing thing to do together - I often think about how i will help my daughter to have a healthy body image - this is a great first step!!

    That is a really good idea! I think it will be great inspiration when you need a 'boost' to keep going forward!
