Who takes supplements and if so what do you take?

I take alive women's multivitamin, Green Tea Extract, Apple Cider Vinegar pills.

    Prenatal pills. =D It happens to have fish oil in it.

    Same as above ^ Pre-natal vitamins, they have loads of vitamins in there and also folic acid, biotin and iron to encourage hair growth and thickness :)))

    * I know gummy bears are not a supplement but I dont consider whey or casein a supplement either, they are a food.

    MDWilliams, does taking CLA at every meal help? It just seems like a lot of caps to swallow. I know CLA works in general, but I'm wondering if there's a wall to the amount of CLA that helps.

    The ones I buy say take 1-3 caps a day with meals. I dont know that taking 3 is more beneficial than just taking 1 or 2 to be honest. I just figure I will take 1 with each meal.

    Plus with my multi vitamin the pre workout staks and the pm stak, its 36 pills a day so whats three more at that point.

    I'll have to try it for a few weeks. I'm taking 2 at lunch, but the doses are 2 gels, 1-3 times a day. I'll see how it goes.
