    I don't have a set routine really, I cycle almost every day for 30 mins going to work, do a workout DVD about twice a week, but I do different ones so I don't get bored and do weights about 2-3 times a week.
    My favourite DVDs are 30 day shred, billy blanks and HIIT that I make up..walk on the spot for one minute, jumping jacks for one minute etc for around 20-30 minutes.

    For me it is 3-4 krav maga classes a week plus walking. And in between I will just add little something light weights and stretching.

    I also loved body pump, strike zone, acquagym.

    Swim 1/2 ile 3 days a week, ride a combination of upright bike, arc trainer or treadmill 5 days a week and do a constantly varied weight routine 5 days a week.

    Plus I am in construction so I do alot of physical work anyway.
