Last Birthday to dis birthday...

I started this journey seriously on my last birthday.. I had decided that watever happens i have to loose weight.... I would not say i have been successful but yes on my birthday today if i see pictures of dis year and last year i feel as if my hard work has been working.. Though i have a lot more to do, lot more to loose but um still happy for myself that i took the decision to take my health seriously...
