Tips, Advice, Support.......need help out of my pit

Gained alot of what I had lost back off and just need some help.

I am 5"4
22 yrs old
CW-164 :(
I deally would like to be 140.

I am eating 1450 cals net a day.
Working out 5 days a week. Only cardio.

I have chosen these amounts from researching into BMR, RMR an what have you. I just want to see some results :(.

Does this seem okay?

Would also like some new friends too :)

I'd like to aim to lose a pound to a pound and a half a week...its my birthday is in 10 weeks. :)

Feel free to add...I am on here everyday at the moment.

    Could you open your diary? Hard to make suggestions when the ideas really should start with what you have been eating for the last 6 weeks or so.
