Question 1 - Are you suppose to weigh your meat before or after you cook i?. (when it says 3oz.)
Question 2 - Is there any sites for good low calorie recipes that give you the calories ?

    When I weigh my meat it is usually after I have cooked it..
    Not sure on the site for low calorie recipes.. sorry..

    I weigh my meat after its cooked, because it does shrink, and I want all of my 3oz :laugh: Sure there is alot of sights just check out the calories, and you can also alter the foods in them, like a cake (for parties) use applesauce instead of oil and egg whites, use 2 egg whites for each egg. Try sparkrecipes.com or tasteofhome.com or busycooks.about.com 50plusfriend.com/cookbook/crockpot they also have some good recipes here, also at foodlovers.com I like crock pot recipes on those busy days.
