Hi friends,

I am 24, and already 110kg with a height of 6'1". Recently got diagnosed with bad VL/DL cholestrol, thanks to the sedentary Indian lifestyle.

I'd love to be in the community.

Feel free to add me as your friend and critical of my eating habit. I need people to prod me :)
