Is there anyone that is doing this or has used it? Wife and I just started it and so far I really seem to enjoy it. Having never done any sort of yoga before I am finding it difficult to do the moves but I feel I will get there in time. I am wondering how well the "dynamic resistance" aspect of this yoga routine works. Any feed back is appreciated.

Hey, I have DDP Yoga too. I haven't done it in a while because I rotate my programs. The best tip I can give you for the "dynamic resistance" is really to use a heart rate monitor to make sure you are staying in the aerobic zone. Secondly, form is key, review the Diamond Dozen and really get the form down pat for the best results. I think it's an awesome program. Enjoy!

Thanks for the reply. Did you see muscle tone results from using it?

I noticed increased flexibility and I did lose a few inches from doing it for 3 weeks. I have "exercise ADD" and rotated it out after 3 weeks, but I am sure if I stick to a full 12 week program, I would have amazing results. I saw a world of difference in my stomach area and my arms of all places.

Is there a reason you have not come back to it yet?
