Just a quick shout out to smartphone users. If you have access to the Apple App store the P90X (by beachbody, LLC) app is free today. It is usually a $5 app.

I don't know how good it is (4 stars with 203 reviews?) and since I'm not doing this training program it may be lacking for what ya'll need/want.

But its the featured free App for today!!! Take a look and grab it if you want it- I did! :)

    I got so excited there and then found out it's not bloody available in the UK! :(
