Losing thigh fat?

Hi, I am not fat by any means but I have noticed that my thighs are a little bit chubbier than I would like them to be.

Can anybody give me some tips on how to lose thigh fat?

    You can't spot reduce. Your genetics determine how you will gain/lose fat. The only way to reduce the fat in your thighs is to continue to lose weight or reduce body fat until they catch up with the rest of your body.

    That being said, you can do strength training and moderate cardio to help lose body fat all over. Check out a strength training program like Strong Lifts or The New Rules of Lifting For Women.
