Since losing some weight i, admittedly, have started wearing tighter tops and i've had to get new bras as well as i've dropped a couple of back/cup sizes but i, by no means, have the girls 'out on show'! I'm more of a keep them guessing kinda gal.
So just been into see the guy whose going to be my boss in a couple of months and caught him proper trying to stare right down my top! I feel a bit upset & annoyed tbh, I thought he was a really nice guy (in a none sexual way!) :frown:
What do i do, pass it off as an 'it's what men do' thing or wait to see if he does it again & confront him?

Wait and see if it happens again. Unless he was so blatantly attempting to get into position to look that you 1000% could not be mistaken. If your boss is staring at your breasts, he's a creep. If he glances at them and looks away, he's male. (Or human. Things that stand out grab our attention.)0

If he's being a creeper about it, yah, it's a problem. But if he's just a guy, who's not gay, he likes boobies and like most of us, will check out any visible set that comes into his view (he obviously needs to be a little more surreptitious about it though!)

Speaking as a man it’s almost like it is in-built to look, not saying its right, but I've seen plenty of women checking out guys in an office too.
If you are talking to him and he's looking at your boobs do as a friend of mine did once say to the offending bloke, "my face is up here!" If that doesn’t make him sit up and behave its straight to the HR Dept.
You should report him for being such an amateur that he got caught!0
