Does it have to be water?

Probably a dumb question, but does it have to be water. I know it says you should drink like 8 cups of water a day or something like that, but could you drink any unsweetened beverage instead? Please say yes :) I would much prefer unsweetened iced tea.

    No. Your body will use the water in other fluids (and food). Even sweetened and caffeinated drinks.

    ETA: I mean "no" to your title question; "yes" to the second question. :smile:

    No it doesnt. You get water from the foods you eat also. But be careful with tea it can dehydrate you. try crystal light or mio :)
